I am working with an IT Software Company and carrying 7 years of experience as an HR Manager. My role mainly involves HR Generalist responsibilities, heading a team of 3 HR Executives. Now, my director wants me to work as an Organizational Development HR. This role entails developing and executing HR plans that align with the organizational strategic plans. However, I do not have experience in this area. I am considering pursuing SPHR. Can you please advise whether I should opt for this certification or pursue any other certification?

Will obtaining this certification truly add value to my resume?
