Dear Friends, I was working with a company which had its head office in Mumbai while i was working with their Delhi branch ,but i was registered in Mumbai PF office. Now i am working in a company based in Noida and i dont have a PF account in my present company. I had contacted my previous company in Mumbai and they told me to send the 10C and 19 form duly filled and signed to them and they will do their needfull and forward to Mumbai PF office. So, i went to Noida PF office and took the related forms ,i also enqired from them the procedure as to how to withdraw the PF . They told me that the PF of Noida wont apply in Mumbai as the forms are not central, while my Ex-office people say that the PF withdrawl forms are central. Also, the form which i have taken fron NOida PF office have Noida address on it, but i am confused now as to weather send that form to Mumbai or not. Please guide me as i am in urgent need of money and it has been more than an year now. IS there any way to know as to how much amount is there in my PF account. Please help.......

Provident Fund/ Pension Fund forms are common all over India. EPF Office at Noida might have printed forms with their address for sake of employees of that area. You can use that forms striking the address of Noida PF office. Alternatively, get the forms from the site of EPFO and submit the same to your previous employer for onward submission to Regional/ Sub Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Bombay. To know your balance, please check the official website of Employees Provident Fund Organisation of Maharshtra Region. If the website is not updated, collect the information personally from the office of the EPFO. Regards, Madhu.T.K

Hi Siddarth, Since you want to withdraw the money go to the PF website and dowload the forms as mentioned by you and fill it up.Send it to your office in Mumbai and they will be doing the needful. The form requires signature of your previous employer for withdrawal. Please do not run around in the Delhi PF office. It is the responsibility of the HR in the previous organization.Kindly do not get worried. Hi Siddarth Yes, as suggested by kumar manoj, you can take print from website, or you can purchase these common printed forms from any good stationary shop in sector 15 & sector 27 market. You have to send the form to PF-mumbai office. Get signed with your previous employer. If you are not able to sign with your previous employer, you can send the duly filled form with attested by any branch manager of any indian bank, may be any of your noida banks. this case only can happen when your previous employer has submit thier return for that peiod(which is yours). If that period return has not submitted, than another one form may be form 3a of PF, is also to be filled and attested by bank. but make sure that currect PF account no of previous employer is must mentioned in form. Generally with correct and duly filled submitted form, will take 45-60 days in PF office, to withdraw your money. It is better, if you have urgency, go to mumbai directly, meat the concerned person in PF office or to any agent (many will be available in front of pF office), sattele the matter and things(you can understand) and submitt the form. I hope you can get the cheque with in 10-15 days in that case. Regards and best of Luck Gaurav Arora

Please help.......[ Dear Sidhharth, I would like to inform you that PF is a central body but as far as withdrawal is concerned it can be done from the same PF office where your accumulations are deposited by your company. you need not worry about your PF accumulations. You just need to fill the Withdrawal froms(Form 19 And 10C) and send it to your previous company. Do mention the details of the Bank claerly so that they(PF office) will send your amount to that account. Ask your previous employer to deposit those froms to PF office and take the acknowledgement from them. Things to Remember: 1. you can apply for PF withdrawal only after 60 days of your releiving days. 2. After your forms are deposited PF office normally takes 45 days for processing. 3. if the forms are filled correctly and and all the informations provided are found correct you will receive your accumulation in approximatelt 2 months time. Else your form will return back to the address mentioned by you in the form Hope you doubts are clear If still you have any confusion plz feel free to contact Regards Shashi Kant Upadhyay 99 99 55 11 51
