My opinion is the same what is said above - ( 1) speak in english - just speak, there is a slight amount of pain (u dont know all words) and fear (some will comment). Some people might laugh, let them laugh. dont care)

Advice given by learned members is practical and useful.
Read newspapers,hear TV news and speak out as much possible in English.
Practise makes perfect.Do not bother about others laughing at mistakes in diction,words and you will overcome the barrier.
