Our online psychometric tests have become very popular because of their convenience and cost-effectiveness. Our clients use them to assess their existing employees and also during the recruitment of new ones.

All tests are extremely easy to administer and being online are independent of time and location. Though tests are solved by candidates on their computer screens, reports can be emailed to specified email IDs only (if you so desire) so that the company gets to see the final report before sharing it with the candidate. Recruitment cases are handled urgently so that decision-making is fast.
In the case of existing employees, all reports contain specific advice (development inputs) on how to overcome the identified areas of weakness. All reports (3 - 6 pages) are easy to understand and contain easy-to-read charts.

Another site for a good psychometric assessment known as ABA (short for Aston Business Assessment) is based in the UK. You can log on to "www.astonassessments.co.uk".
You may contact Mr. Mark Whittle at m.whittle@astson.ac.uk. Just mention CTFoo from Malaysia recommended you this site. I find the profile tool value for money. It is affordable and good.
