Thanks Sandhya for ur help. These docs. are wonderful. I need ur help for one thing. I am an HR professional and workin in Mumbai. I want to do some diploma in Labour Laws just to enhance my knowledge and qualification as well but cant do a regular course because of lack of time. Can u suggest me any good university offering such courses in distance learning mode and how can I apply for that.

Dear Sandhya,
Please donot do these kind of things in future. Taking credit for others hard work is absolutely not ethical and you being an HR professional should be the first to refrain from such acts. Just by putting your name in place of PBS Kumar( the original composer of the presentation) will take you nowhere. Those who have given you credit for this are an ignorant lot but that doesn't in anyway make you great.
