Till date I had not even thought about checking even the zodiac sign of a candidate. It is certainly a very interesting topic. Let me check with the existing sun signs and see if the longest serving employees have any sign compatability with the Boss. It does sound interesting!!!!!!!

It is very interesting to know the practice of recruiting employees on zodiac signs started :)
perhaps it is better to learn astrology rather than other subjects and i hope there might be some chances of egotic problems regarding which zodiac sign people will do more work. or who are most obedient like that... but i am sure non of the corporates definitely find non with all personalities..

Belief is above reason. Some are here who are ardent protagonists of astrology. Some are having inclinations to accept it.
Is there any cogent information in favour astrology? None has posted so far. But ardent protagonists as well as inclined ones will continue to be possessive of their beliefs. Mind set is unshakeble or at least logic has no strength to shake it.
