This is suma & joined this group very recently, Happy to be a part of this group...
Today in the meeting when i was asked to think about few employee engagement activity the first thing struck my mind was ur concept...
Our company is into automation & there are different groups who work on entirely differnt platforms so one group knows very less about the ohter
This concept is really nice one in deed...
Even i have started working on this. But only thing is i would give the name to this activity as "Know your collegue".
Plan is to have this meet once in a week, speak to 2 employee in a week
Then every month i would publish the conversation that took place in our Monthly News letter in the column "Know your Collegue" which will be included with their photos...
I would propose this in the next meeting & will update how it actually worked...
