Dear Kirti,
Please frame and implement Employee General Guidelines based on your existing HR rules and regulations and try to convince them about its importance to the organization. Distribute Employee Handbook and Office Manual for their corporate guidelines. Start to implement Quarterly or Half-yearly evaluation processes. Appreciate the best performer in front of all. Start Prize Distribution and Award Ceremony for your organization. Try to motivate the people and ask them about their family. Greet them (employees) on their birthday and marriage anniversary day. Above all, try to attend their marriage ceremony and be present on the death of their nearest one. This way, they can realize that not only they but also their family is important for the company. This will create an invisible and invincible attachment bond between employees and employers, which in turn will value their moral work culture and their loyalty towards the organization.

Hi Kriti,
Apart from implementing HR rules and regulations, which are mandatory for HR and the organization, understand human psychology. Every person needs recognition, appreciation, opportunity to learn, and develop. Nobody can do better or become professional unless they are helped to learn and trained.
Provide the maximum number of opportunities to get self-development trainings. Give maximum numbers of positive feedback before pinpointing negative ones. Become informal if necessary; avoid becoming more formal and inhuman.
Negative things can be changed with positive behavior and techniques. Use punishment in exceptional cases. Believe that everyone wants to become more professional and fruitful. Recognition, training, and appreciation are some of the very powerful tools to change behavior.

Dear Kirti,
You can expect your colleagues to be professionally dedicated only if your employer desires it. You will be just a tool. If there is such a desire, make everything transparent and develop trust among the employees and the employer. All colleagues at the senior levels are to set role models.
