Hello and Hi,
We divided awards into 3 section. Those who has completed 7 years for NAVARATNA award, 4 - 7 for Dolphin award, below 4 years as Young Star award.
We first filtered the employees from the master list to make the eligibility criteria clear. We designed the selection criteria keeping in mind the employee should have done extra, extraordinary contributions. We also kept a secret ballot for the line managers to vote the best employee of their team and paralleled with the earlier arrived list.
