Can you share the best practices about the employee engagement activity for employee motivation and team building? We already have many of them but need to know about any current new concepts if anybody can share.

There are many programs available and being used effectively; I am sure you must be aware of them. A few could be:
1. Cross-Cultural activity/"Know your Customer" - you can make it a fun-filled one.
2. Fun board.
3. Business quiz.
4. Department/process-related quiz.
5. Appreciation board.
6. Team-building games like Pyramid/Castle making, etc.
