dear all,please note that employee engagement in not all about entertaining the employees but also need to know to what degree they r committed to the organisation.
this is what the employee engagement is not open day to talk,birthday celebrations or any thing else.
we do all this just make the employee think that the employer or company is not only serious about the work they then they show some relaxing time on the job.
