Please note that employee engagement is not all about entertaining the employees but also understanding the degree to which they are committed to the organization. Employee engagement is not just about open days, birthday celebrations, or any other activities. These initiatives are implemented to convey to employees that the employer or company is not only focused on work but also values providing some relaxation during work hours.
