Hi Friends,
I am currently working on an assignment related to conducting a Org Climate survey to find the level & percentage of employee engagement.
As per my findings this kind of survey is done by Gallup Mgmt, hence known as Gallup Survey-Employee Engagaement.
If there is some1 who has any additional info regarding the same pls reply.

Please do not ask for someone to give you the literature review, questionnaires, or the project on a plate. If you post such short general messages, you will not get many responses. I am a student of BBA (Hons.) in Ahmedabad City and working on the research project: Employee Engagement Practices in the Private Banking Sector of the city. For the survey, we have used Gallup's Q12 standard instrument to measure Employee Engagement.

Can you please help me to know about the Gallup Q12 Instrument for Employee Engagement?

Please help me to know about the employee engagement status of an employee using the following example.

If an employee has answered the following statements (points) of Q12 with ratings from 1 to 5, where 1 denotes extreme dissatisfaction and 5 denotes extreme satisfaction, how can we determine his engagement status?

0. Overall satisfaction: 4

1. Expectations: 4

2. Materials and equipment: 3

3. Opportunity to do what I do best: 4

4. Recognition for good work: 4

5. Someone at work cares about me: 3

6. Encourages my development: 5

7. Opinions count: 3

8. Mission/Purpose: 4
