I do not know what the Q12 model is. Can you please post the questionnaire as an attachment?
I searched the web using Google and found quite a bit of info at http://www.rapidbi.com/created/emplo...ionmodels.html

Raheena How many responses are you expecting? The analysis you can do depends upon the number of responses that you get and also on the objectives that you have set for your research. Simhan

Hi Raheena,
I request you to specify more on what you intend to actually ask. See, Q12 Gallup Organization's Survey is mainly carried out by firms for employee satisfaction and engagement. It has 12 main questions for which the employee has to rate from 1 to 5 (5 being the highest).
Questions vary. For instance, "Do you know what is expected of you?", "Did your manager speak to you regarding your work last month?", "Are you being motivated?", "Do you like your team?", etc. (these are instances for those questions).
Practically, these questions are surveyed by the managers, in turn, unit heads. The percentage of the overall score is calculated, and consequences are based on the resulting score.

Raheena:
Your query is not clear. If you are conducting a study on Employee Engagement, that is good. However, how do you intend to correlate it with Q12? As Kavitha rightly mentioned, Q12 is a survey conducted by Gallup for companies that opt to participate. These Q12 factors are not direct questions; they serve as the basis on which Gallup will formulate questions in collaboration with the organization. The number of questions can exceed 12, possibly reaching 30-40.
If you possess a scorecard for a Supervisor or Unit (Direct or Roll-up), please share it for analysis. Only 80 companies from India participated in this ESAT.
I hope this provides clarity. For any further clarifications, you may contact me at mirza_hr@hotmail.com.
Thanks,

Then, you can do quite a bit of analysis. You need to collect more information about the different responders: status, age, sex, etc. You could use these to see if there are any differences between them.
You could also conduct a factor analysis to see which of the questions form a group, i.e., have high correlation. Maybe if you ask an overall question like "How satisfied they are with their work?" you may be able to correlate that to other questions.

Hi Rahina,
How are you? How's the project?
During last month, I conducted the Employee Engagement Survey in my organization. After considering a 10% margin of error, we found that we have an 82% engagement level in the company.
The results were presented to the management with an awareness presentation on Employee Engagement.
Here, I am attaching the questionnaire for your review. If you need the presentation, please send me an email at jalmpm@hotmail.com.
This survey focuses on the following areas:
1. My Job
2. My Co-workers
3. My Manager
4. My Department
5. My Company.
