Is there any specified month and date is there for paying bonus or else near to diwali we may release the bonus amount to the employees account.?

Dear Rajasekar,
We are to pay bonus to the employees within eight months from the close of the accounting year. Thus if the accounting year closes on 31st March then you are to pay bonus by 30th November.
