The Excel sheet is very helpful. I have calculated based on the following details:
Employee's age - 35 years
Factor - 197.06
Salary Rs. 9500/- but for the purpose of calculation the maximum limit is Rs. 8000/-
Nature of injury - Permanent partial disablement as mentioned in Part II of Schedule I in serial no. 35 (ring or little finger - whole) with a percentage of loss of earning capacity as 7%
As per the calculation from the Excel sheet (NEW), it is showing Rs. 82,765/- under the heading "compensation ppd by doctor".
Can anybody tell me what is the formula/basis of the calculation and is it right? Thanks in advance.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The calculation is mostly correct, but for Workmen's Compensation, the total salary considered for calculation is Rs. 9500, not limited to Rs. 8000 as mentioned. The formula basis is as per the Workmen's Compensation Act, Schedule I. Great job on the details!
can any one plese how to calculate the workmen compensation and maximum amount 8000/- or not

Dear Sir,
If a worker is attending duty an average of 15 to 16 days every month due to health issues, and now has had an accident resulting in permanent disability, how do we calculate the compensation wages? Additionally, should we include HRA, conveyance, LTA allowance, etc., in the wages?
I need your help.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The calculation of compensation for a worker with permanent disability is based on specific formulas provided under the Workmen's Compensation Act, not on components like HRA or conveyance. These additional allowances are usually not factored into compensation calculations.Engage with peers to discuss and resolve work and business challenges collaboratively - share and document your knowledge.
