Correctly said MR Mathur. I again insist you to go for the job in hand and keeping on encashing the opportuninty once you are there in the department. With the kind of education you have got and courage to cross boundaries, I am definately assure you a great career ahead.
If still not Ok then I would say to give up your job to Sonal03 as she is far more interested.

Dear Mr.Dinesh,
I do not know about your family financial background but i suggest you to take up the government job.Its not bad or low profile but you can pursue for better career while you are working.
Many people who got government jobs are not sticking to the same job they are preparing for comptetive exams specially you can try for public sector HR jobs. You can apply for long leave and proove yourself.
All the best

Hey Mate,
Well i agree with a some saying that take this job of 15 K which you are getting and then spent a good tenure with them. Its nice to see that you want to complete atleast 2 yrs with your current organization but looking at the current situation i would suggest take the offer. Please donot get into a Govt. job. It might give you stability but wont give you the chance to use your skills & the education qualification that you share you could be an asset to any organization if you apply your skillls.
Cheers Mate :)

Dear
I have the same experience as of you.. I was working as Assistant Grade-11 , in a governmental department in Islamabad. I resigned from it, as there were little chances of promotion (133 persons, ahead of me in the seniority list ). I did my MBA (Marketing) , alongside the job. Now I am in NGO.
To me, govt, service is dull and lacks creativity, has little freedom, though it is safe. But I like th thrill of working in private job. U pick up at liberty the best available job an dplace and can go abroad...
You better decide , keeping in view your domestic situation and your mental state of affairs.
Best of luck

Dear Dinesh,
I Share my opinion in this regards that First you grab the job oppurtunity from government with high proirity. Afterwards you will write the exam like ''on Job promotion examination''. So you will placed for better grade within one or two years.
Compare to the govt jobs, the private sector job is unsecured one but Govt Job always secure your life and your family.
Ex: Now u can able to get govt job bcoz of your father was in govt job. Suppose your father working in private sector, let u think!
Please don't lose your oppurtunity!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Dinesh

Government Job : Your job is secured upto the age of 58 years whether you perform or not. You need not to work hard to get any promotion or increment. You will get your promotion and increments automatically whenever you are become eligible. Your salary will not be enough for you after marriage and daily there will be some conflict between your wife and you. If you wish also you cannot afford for costly articles or any gift for your relatives or friends or even to your wife or kids. You will have plenty of time to visit your friends and relatives. (If you are straight forward and having policy not to accept any type of gift or bribe). - (I have worked in Central Government for 19 years 3 months.)

Private Company Job : You have to struggle hard and sincere to your job to secure that job. You have to work hard to get promotion and increment. You will not get promotion and increments automatically as per seniority list. If you prove your efficiency then surely you will get high pay package and for deserving candidates the salary package will be fixed in maximum level. You need not to struggle in day to day survival because of money. If you are loyal to your company and straight forward in completing your task then surely you will be recognised and need not to worry about the expenditure as your pay package is high. You will not get time to meet your friends and relatives. (I am working in Private Company since last 6 years 6 months.)

I have given the pros and cons of Government and Private jobs. Please appraise the pros and cons and take your own decision. Wish you all the success dear.
