Hi
I have done B.Com., PG Dip in IR and PM, and just completed by MBA (HR).
Interested in pursuing further a PG Diploma (1 year) course. I work as Admn. & Operations Manager in a Textile Manufacturing & Export Orgnanisation. Totally I have about 25 years of experience in various postions, viz., Executive Secretary, Admn. Executive, Admn. Officer, Admn. Manager, etc. I am not very keen on labour laws but if that is going to fetch me a good career growth, i do not mind. Can anybody suggest me few options to enable me to take a decision? I want in distance learning only.
