Dear Seniors,
Recently I have completed my MBA (distance) in HR and I am working as a Manager Administration in an IT Company form last 7 years. I want to do some kind of a Diploma to add into my resume and get better job opportunities in the field of HR. Now my question here is should I go for 'P.G. Diploma in Labour Law and Administrative Law' OR 'PG Dip. in Industrial and Company Law '. Please suggest.
Thanks!!

Dear Aditi, Try to seek the list of subjects included in both diplomas and check which is more relevant to your experience then take admission. Regards,

If you are working in IT and want to continue in IT then Diploma lin Labour law will not be of much use. but it is completely related to HR and can be helpful for PF/ ESIC/ Materniety benefits.
If you want to shift your carrier to manufacturing thenDiploma in Labour law will be helpful a lot.
