If you are looking for commercial and taxation matter, I dont know much. But if Industrial means or includes Labour Laws, I personally feel Labour & Industrial Laws by P L Malik is the best.

Mercantile Law is different from Labour Law. ND Kapoor is good gor mercantile law. For labour law you can refer to PL Mallik. Its really very good. Regards, Nilendra

if you want you can refer to "Labour Laws: everybody should know" by H.L. Kumar. It gives a brief idea about some laws you mentioned. Please go through it once before buying. We were recommended the same for our course.
