How do we assess "willingness to take initiatives"? Since it is a subjective question, how do we rate someone on this point for behavior skill matrix?
I mean through questionnaire format with situational questions or by his/her supervisor's perception?

I am working with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company.
We need to prepare Skill matrix for all levels of employees i.e from Operators to Site Head posts.
Kindly guide me on how to prepare skill matrix - what points to be taken into consideration for preparing the matrix.

Please try and use the one that is appropriate to your set up.
Suppose you find some thing good in all, take what you like, prepare one draft and post it. Others will be able to add value and give a feedback.
