But H R dept. informed me we have to utilize 3 continuous P L. other wise(if use
2days leave) it will ie 2 days under go LOP. Is it correct or not?
I am convincing them when I am having 15 PL, how you put me LOP?

Our H R Department informed, we have to utilize minimum 3days P L. Before 3 days {ie 2 days} they will consider 2 days as LOP. Is it correct or not? when I am having 15 PL. Pl. Advice in this regard.
