Dear Rohit,
You seem to be in sheer misunderstanding, if you say that you had not signed any contract or bond or appointment letter and just signed the offer letter which was merely of 1 page but that’s not a contract or Bond. Acceptance of offer conditions by signing the offer letter, may be of one page or one sentence, is legally termed as an agreement to a contract between the employee and employer for your approval and consent to serve the employer on such terms & conditions. So, don't be under misconception. Better fulfill the conditions of the offer letter or get the terms relaxed from your employer.
