Hi PF should be deducted from the day of joining. There is no any minimum working days. If any employee works altleast 1 day in that month PF shall be contributed

Even if a member has worked for just one day, PF contributions must be paid to the PF office for both MC and CC. The act stipulates that the employer is responsible for making the initial payment and can later recover the amount from the employee. Therefore, citing reasons such as salary processing delays as a justification for non-payment is not valid.
