For Expats PF can be withdrawal is only after retirement.
If PF is deducted and there is SSA (Social Security Agreement) between that country with India, as per SSA the PF can be withdrawn.
If they have produced COC (Certificate of Coverage), the PF will not be deducted in india.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Sudha,
I suggest you to transfer the PF.
Now a days it is very easy to transfer the PF online.
Register your name in your PF portal and fill up form 13 and submit to Present / Previous employer.
Thanks,

So the issue is can he withdraw now the Pension amount of his last 3 companies. He worked more than 180days in every company. Please Help me. Waiting for your valuable suggestions.

Dear All,
Even though you have withdrawn PF, you can transfer EPS.
Fill form 13 from present establishment with three companies separately and submit to your PF office.
Write on top of the application " For Transfer of EPS A/c only "
Thanks,
Bhat
