Hi All,
I\'ve worked at Cognizant for 3 years 10 months and in last October I left the company and joined new one. I submitted the PF withdrawal form to HR during exit formality.
I started follow up with the HR after 5 month because I neither got my PF amount and nor any communication regarding this. After several follow up One day I got a mail that my withdrawal request has been submitted to the PF office. and then month passed and again I didn\'t get any further communication. So I raised a grievance at PF website and came to know that they have not submitted the withdrawal request even after 7 months.
Can you please suggest me how can I get my PF amount and Can I take any legal action against Cognizant for not submitting the PF withdrawal form and giving the fake information.
Thanks in advance.

Dear All,
PF deduction is in two part on e is Employee (12%) and another is Employer (3.67% &8.33%).
I wanted to know that Employer part is contribute by employer it self or that part also contribute by Employee.
in CTC company deduct both the part from Employee Salary.
Is it correct way or company doing some mistake.?

Hi,
I want to know one thing did you received your PF A/c no, if you are applicable for that then you might be received.
So on that base if your employer is telling that he processed your PF.
then go on EPFO website Click option Employee claim status.
Don't waste your time here....
