You can reduce the leaves provided by you to the employees presently by way of placing a notice upon your notice board and after giving proper intimation to the affected employees subject to the condition these leave could not be less then as prescribed under the Leave law as applicable to your State. Please go through the leave rules as applicable in your State and accordingly you can fix these leaves.
