Aren’t you ashamed of putting up this forum as hr, if a employee leaves organization in mid its complete fault of the organization, as your policies are not working and growth friendly, it also shown by the discussion point, organization must look the problems of the employee not create for them. I think you didn’t mention the whole scenario in which walk off of the employees happens. In my carrier of 30 years I never had seen such happening. First figure out organization structure and be good on moral values.

Dear sir,
I have been selected by a company. Initially, they are asking me to deposit money for a mutual agreement. I have deposited 50,000 in the bank. The agreement states that if I leave the organization without any intimation, they have the authority to take that money. According to the agreement, after completing one year, I have the authority to take that money.
The problem is, I am a salesperson and I need to sell software to hospitals and diagnostic centers. However, they are putting unreasonable pressure on me and are trying to dismiss me. When I ask for that money, they threaten legal action and even mention putting me in prison. Many employees are facing the same issue.
Can you advise me on how to collect the money from them?
