All you said in one way another touch the issue. It my belief that no one disagree on the importnace of learning. Learning does help you to understand things which you don't know yet experienced. But it cannot be a determine factor in handling all the issue of Human Resource because there is no cooked solutions to all problems we faced in the reality. As saying goes practice makes perfect. As we practice to handle the issue of human resource we willn't have any problem to manage all different issue we face in daily life.
