The institutes is governed through trust. there are lots of institute which are doing same kind of activity. these institute are producing lots of engineers and management graduates, But teaching and non teaching employees are deprived from ESI and PF Facility. Sir, I may inform that so far as I know, the appropriate government had issued notification vide which the provisions of ESI Act, 1948 have been extended under section 1(5) to educational institutions (including public, private, aided or partially aided) run by an individual, trust, society or other organisation employing 10 or more persons in the National Capital Territory, Delhi. For further information, if required, the appropriate office of ESIC can be contacted. For coverage under EPF&MPs Act, 1952 the appropriate office of EPFO can be contacted, if desired.
