Dear Kranthi,
it's not like that manufacturing company do not consider the Consultancy Exposure , if u want to be part of manufacturing unit u will have to make a proper Plan
1. Do not work more than six months to 1 years .
2. Start to read those things which are Practically implemented like daily activities , in core hr generalist profile , like pf contribution, challan preparation , returns required to be submitted and , where are u working . pls try to understand their process of handling internal hr operation
3. After knowing these things and getting involved in the HR-OPERATION Activities in your Consultancy prepared a cv with a generalistic profile
Then definitly u will be getting a job of generalist profile ,then gain the experience an after two or three years u can get the job in a maufacturing units with your recruitment knowledge

Hi All Im new to the HR field as well as the Company where iam working is new and I want to know whether the salary statement and bifurcations what I had prepared is right or else it needs any modifications. Can anyone clarify whether the Basic and HRA given does not create any problem.
