Hi Sir/Madam,

I am working for Deloitte in Process called EBOS. Recently they sold it to Hinduja Global Solutions(HGS). We were given resignation memorandum

which had no severance pay and also offer letters of HGS. I signed them both on 27/09/2012. On the same day HGS took signatures on Joining

formalities from us including everything like pf forms and all etc. People who have declined had last serving day with Deloitte on 05/10/2012.

HGS employment starts from 8/10/2012.

I found out on 05/10/2012 that people who refused the employment with HGS, all got severance pay even though it was not promised, I only

accepted HGS offer as I needed some sort of income till I found a new job and Deloitte falsefully got me to sign it without announcing about

the severance pay earlier. I shot out a declinement of offer of HGS email to my manager on 05/10/2012 much before their joining date

08/10/2012 and also asked him to make Deloitte pay me severance as I am declining HGS offer. Now HGS says I should pay them 2 months of basic

in lieu of notice period. I have not even started with the firm. Also Deloitte is refusing to pay the severance and also refusing to give me

relieving even after I signed the resignation meorandum.

Please help me in this regard and also give me a labor lawyer who would help me in this regard. Also, I can not afford too much lawyer fees. I worked here for peanuts for 3yr and 9months and also I have pf to lose if this goes this way.

At time of resigning I told my employer I am resigning from my position without 30 days notice because of my higher education exam. He ask me to hand over my all responsibility, work and all the things belonging to the company such as computers, files, records, document etc. to Manager. I hand over everything which was in my custody to Manager and on his confirmation I left the job.
after one year I completed education then I gave interview in MNC they ask me about my experience I told them I have 1 year exp. with my previous company and they ask me relieving letter at that time I was unable to provide relieving. The new organization has give 1 week of time to get relieving.
Now I have contacted my previous employer for so many times through phones & e-mails but they are not responding to me. Without my relieving I am facing problem to join new organization. so how I can get relieving letter.
