Im working in a MNC I have completed my probation (6months) but they dint gave any hikes. Now they are saying me I have to work again 3 months in probation after that they give hike. Nw im thinking to leave this com. So hw can I get Pf, ESI pls help me.
is their any mistake pls sorry
