This is the first time i am writing on this site, i hope ill get my problems solve or sorted soon by getting relevant reverts.
So, guys i am facing that in my organization after giving several reminders and making strict policies, some of the employees are still not coming on time and specially they are the senior one of the company.
Can anyone help me for this.

in our organization, 15 minutes grace period every 16 minutes will count as 1 late, 3 late will be adjusted from (casual if balance, sick if balance, and then annual if balance). after 11:00 we will consider half days which will be adjusted from remaining leaves as above. if remaining leaves are not balanced then it will be deducted from salary present days.
