Hi can someone give details for my doubt plz. I was working with TCS and now I have joined an another company. I filled BGC form in my current company on my joining date. For employment details they asked for previous company address and phone number, my designation emp# and name. Then they asked for 3 references who worked with me. In that case how do agencies will retrieve my details from Tcs? As I haven't provided any HR details as there were n such fields in the form.pls tell me the procedure in such cases.

In of the the experience, one of my close relative had similar issue as you are having, although my close relative did mentioned
the recruiter and documentation officer about the issues , they said its Ok.
Now when my relative joined the organization there is third-part verification which happened in which his background check was negative inspite of already telling this to TCS at the time of joining..now asking him to resign because of lack of documentation
for which he had already notified them.
Hence in my view please don't join organization which is hamper your career...organization doing this should be sued in labor courts
as this no way works in employee benefits and without any fault of his
Felt very sad to hear this..his entire family got impacted because of this..till now I was proud of TCS ethics now its really really heart wreaking that its wrongly impacting employees life without their fault
