Dear All,
Greetings!!
In my current company(Joined 3 months back) having around 75 employees, in different 4 branches. Earlier the have expand but there is no system; System means no HR department; nothing is pipeline; It's like some are getting very high salary but some are very less. Many loop holes.
They appointed me as Operation Manager; which they want to me create system; which includes everything means everything and I'm directly reporting to Director;
As far as my background is concern, I'm having 13 years of work experience, from past 6 years I'm into Management only.
Now, I'm looking for support. Kindly guide me what could be the basic parameters and from Where should I start? I need a list of activities which are required to implement in system.

Dear Ramandeep,
You have explained your problem but then you have not given the background information. What is the nature of your industry? What is your product or service? What kind of operations do you handle? Who are your customers?
Since you are Operations Manager, the first KPI on which you need to measure your performance is Operations Ratio. Have you done that? You need to identify similar other ratios as well. Any system that you make should help in measurement of these ratios. Secondly, to streamline the operations at the branch level, you need to ensure that there is absolute uniformity in functioning of the branches.
