Hai members,
'breach of trust' means trust between two parties ie employee and employer.
Especially in the modern industries like it, highly sensitive industries ie army, big malls formulating very modern tactics other than routine ones. Like arranging of tours, gifts at marriages, free movement in specified timings. These things improving the quality of work life of employees and getting good result in the performance.
In my view trust will develop with creating confidence in both sides.

Dear
The terminology used is different from company to company. In your company you are asked to format a BOT agreement.
In some other companies, it shall be NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Material for this is ready available in CiteHR platform.
Please unearth and modify according to your organisational need.
