No doubt all these spoken english institutes help you to build good english, but as i far as i understand your concern is to talk english more fluently without making any mistakes or any hesitance right...???
If this is the case, then additional to such classes you should also start talking in english with all your close friends(if you are talking in telugu with them), and try to speak slowly in the sense try to slow down the speed in which you talk, by doing this you can correct your sentences in your mind, and by practicing this you can start increasing the speed if your comfortable enough.

If you intend to Learn English quickly and effectively, you should be exposed to the language to the maximum extent. By keeping the company of friends who chat in English, Watching English based programmes on TV, movies etc.
Most importantly, try to think in English. This practice of thinking in English, most certainly would give you quick and better results.

u can just start speaking only in Englihs...keep aside ur mother tongue or ur regional language... to pick up fast spoken english.

You r right..they may not give enough practice....but most of the people are not very good at english..first of all tak out the feeling...that u can't communicate effectively...coming to My personal experience..I joined CBIT in 2000 for my engineering..frankly speaking ...i was not even able to ask about other person's name in english..i spent half a year with lthat hesitation ...then i started speaking jovially without hesitation.....at the end of my engineering i could able to communicate ok..now i completed my masters in business administration with a specialisation in HR....now i am working in a two men organisation as a management trainee since six months...the only way is to start communicating in english where ever u can..never underestimate ur language skills..all the best...u can reach me at the following contacts...

When you start speaking your native language do you think whether you can or not? It comes automatically. Similarly when you speak English dont let the thought come that you cannot speak.
Also start thinking in English and also speak in English whenever you can.
Look at yourself in the mirror and speak loudly to gain the confidence. Read the newspaper loudly.
Practise makes you perfect. No substitute for practice.
