Hello People,
I just wanted to share a presentation on email writing skills titled "Email Writing Skills: Part 1: How to inform using simple English". This presentation contains several grammatically correct sentences which might prove to be helpful for those who struggle with the English language.
Further, this presentation does not follow a conventional approach. (It assumes that the learner knows the basic structure of an email.)
And, I'll be posting part 2 on a separate thread in a few days.
In case you have issues downloading the presentation, you can view the content of the presentation at the following location:

Hi,
You can use simple English and communicate about the late coming of employee. You can try. Just refer the following to understand
" Dear Sir
Mr._____(employee name) informed me that he will come late to office today due to _______ (reason for late) which is approved by _______(refer sanctioning authority name). Also please note that Mr.____ (employee name) informed about his late coming to office prior to his or her commencement of shift hours.
