The State of Maharashtra has fixed the following rates of minimum wages from 01.07.2016 in the scheduled employments of Public Motor Transport.
Zone I
Skilled category: 5800.00 + 3056.40
Semi-Skilled: 5400.00 + 3056.40
Unskilled: 5000.00 + 3056.40
Zone II
Skilled category: 5500.00 + 3056.40
Semi-Skilled: 5100.00 + 3056.40
Unskilled: 4700.00 + 3056.40
Zone III
Skilled category: 5200.00 + 3056.40
Semi-Skilled: 4800.00 + 3056.40
Unskilled: 4400.00 + 3056.40
Now, all you need to do is decide the categories of workmen/employees of your establishment based on their competence, expertise, and skill.
