this Letter piont the fingers to an important subject : the non matching between the tasks & the return, i think it is very true it refers to an instinct " take more than giving " the most powerfull takes more & the weak part Forced to accept the situation , almost the powerfull part is the Employer but In rare cases it could be the employee!!!

I agree with your view. Job satisfaction cannot be co-related with increase of salary. Salary hike may act as a temporary motivational factor. You always compare what you are getting with that of what your peers are getting in the same organization and then what others are getting. You generally compromise with your salary if you are not satisfied with your work environment or if you want to relocate yourself near your home town.
