i ve givn project to do career planing for middle management level employees.can sombody tell me how to draw performance -potential metrix???? on the x axis we can take performance as one parameter ..for dayt we can use rating of performance apraisal...but wat abt potential....do need to design test??????plz help me out...thnanks

I am also working on Performance-Potential Matrix..wherein we need to create a pool of potential employees whom we can promote to next level for future use........can anyone suggest the criteria for identifying the Potential employees...Or if anyone can forward a format for Potential Matrix would be of great help.....
