Great thought and a very right one as well. It is true that everyone has immense powers hidden within them, and the only need is to realize those powers and put them into use. It is here where the role of leaders comes into play. A leader, who would be a manager in most organizations, should look for the hidden potential in their team members and motivate them to use those powers. Then, there is no doubt that their team would do wonders.
