One of our employee is death by natural dead, and he was covered under ESIC scheme from last 10 years, what is the procedure for getting the funeral Expenses benefits and within what time period we have to claim for this?
Is he able to get any other benifits?

my brother has been sad demise due to brain hamrage atteck. His age just 31. His 28 years wife and 2 years son facing some financial problems.
so Pls provide the attachment of ESIC and epfo for his claim settlement.

After investigation, Doctor found that he had brain hemorrhage, he referred him to another hospital, where during his medical treatment, he died. He was covered under ESIC as well as PF.
