But you should show your sincerity toward your work and go to work. by doing such thing you will not only be entitled for a comp off but also it will show your dedication towards your work. As i told earlier it is totally on your wish there is nothing legal about it. Your last day will be your last day, there should be no extension in your notice period if you give a proper handover with in time limit of notice period.
