This site has enough information on almost all aspects of Human Resources Management. It would have been better if you could do some search using key words in the search field provided at the top of this page, before making any request for any help.
Anyway, for your requirement, please find the attached files..It may give you good knowledge. Go through it carefully, and develop and implement adequate policies after discussing it with your HR Head and Top Management.

Employee back ground verification policy includes mainly two parts:-
1. Educational Verification.
2. Work Experience verification.
