You may not have a problem now, but later you will. When that happens, maybe you should be prepared in advance. Learn a thing or two about SAP.

Hi senthil,
I would never suggest you to go for the fake experience and get into trouble in future. I have been trying for the HR job since 2005 after my MBA but I do not believe in fake experience. Trust in God and trust in yourself. You will surely get success.

dont worry man....its quite common to put fake experience,,all u have to focus is on your subject and skills but not on bullshit documents....in fact based on my observation ,from various companies more than 50% are fake profiles.....its very common in even developed countries like usa also...so forget worries and best of luck...

GAPS ARE NORMAL.
40% of people have gap after education or after some unavoidable incidents in life resulting Gap.
Company's do not or very less considers gaps. Most annoying part is they not even shortlist candidate, than how they will know if candidate has skills or not.
So last option left for most people is to ad some experience and face interview.
It has (+ve) as well as (-ve) sides. Still feel free to contact me for career gap help guidance. Ad me on hangouts

As said by sakshi gaps are normal...
I personally know so many ppl working in top companies with fake documents with some reasons or the other
Companies never consider ppl having gaps.If you say the truth nothing works...I know many ppl will not believe....for them just try it out.....show gap in ur cv and then see what happens
Freshers are not entertained.
Either u have a link inside.....some kind of reference only then freshers have possibility of getting jobs.
For ppl having gaps due to unavoidable circumstances they too suffer as companies require ppl having no gaps.

Truth is a time honoured virtue.
It may be true that some people twist it for shorter immediate gains.
This is also a truth found in many cases but not acceptable.
This cannot be encouraged as ethics do not permit.
Many young minds may get corrupted and accept that telling
a lie is an easy way to get things done.
