For pension minimum service required is 10 years (9.5 will be rounded upto 10) and for withdrawal benefit minimum service required is one year (6 months will be rounded upto 1 year.)

Even if there is a single contribution, it will be kept with the pension fund only.

1. ur working period is less than Six months.
2. ur working period is more than 19 years, If so, u have to send 10D.
Let forms reach you back to check all the signatures and you can send again.
there is no doubt, u can get the EE-12% & ER-3.67% for Form-19.

Dear Idreez, Length of service is not a problem, if 10-C is used for Scheme Certificate. Regarding pension entitlement, there is no significance for 19 years. Abbas.P.S

Yeah its correct.. but mentioned it for claiming the pension wages that is 8.33%.
instead of sending 10C, u hav to send 10D for claiming pension.

Dear Idreez,
For pension 10 years service is required and is claimed thr' 10-D. But for withdrawal benefit (1-9 years) and scheme certificate ( here length of service is not a matter, but age should be below 58 years), 10-C is used.

One of my friend change three companies in his 8years career. Every time he is withdrawing only PF amount by submitting Form 19, recently he got to know that about form 10c for Pension scheme. So the issue is can he withdraw now the Pension amount of his last 3 companies. He worked more than 180days in every company. Please Help me. Waiting for your valuable suggestions.
