What happens to the money deposited into a Gratuity Fund, whether it is maintained by LIC or a private co.? In case an employee leaves in less than 5 yrs, who gets the money deposited against his name?

hi Everyone,
i have just completed my 5 years in a partnership firm, plz help to get the ans of following points.
1 Am i entitle to get grauity
2. if i leave job now only then should i get the gratuity, and how what time it will take.
3 if partner refuse to give the gratuity then what should i do?
plz instruct me.
