Since your accounts are maintained by the HIL Trust, you have claim your PF from the Trust which is maintained by your ex-employer. In respect of Pension you have to apply to the PF office whose address who can visit the website Epfo (Govt. of India) and understand. Since your account is maintained by the Trust, you have to get the account balance only from the Trust. If it is maintained by PF office you can verify from the website mentioned above.

There are some provisions by which you can withdrawal your PF Amount but it will be batter If you meet the related personnel of your previous Organization and request them in this regard. If they are denying to do so you can go for direct withdrawal...

If i am not wrong your establishment name is 'HINDUSTAN INSTRUMENT' and address is
"3UDYOG VIHARGURGOAN" and as far as epf office is concern it is "GURGAON" having address " Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Plot No.43,Sector 44, Institutional Area, Gurgaon ".
