I just wish to give you following advice:
1. Its just initial phase of your career. Don't try to judge people and any organization without having complete knowledge about it.
2. Don't talk bad about your work place.
3. Usually, most of the MSMEs are having same kind of work culture. you can not chose a job having the environment which you are expecting.
4. Atleast take experience of one year in your present job as three months is literally very less time to take such type of decision of sticking or quitting any job.
5. leave by serving a proper notice period. Leave the company in good terms.
